Its really interesting to kind of follow an artist for awhile. I have this completely unorganized, out of control folder where I house all my artists to look through for each post for Get Lost, and I hit upon a chosen few over and over until I feel the timing is “right” to introduce them. This sounds way more profound than it is, but it is interesting to see how the artist grows and changes over the time it takes to to find them versus feature them. In Oliver’s case, its interesting to see his real diversity in style and subject matter. I can see him really developing into a kind of jack-of-all-trades, because he never really sits in are area of expertise too long before trying out something new. I’ll have to check back in a few months to see what else is new….
